Family Legacy
The McKnight family has served the oil & gas industry since the 1930s over three generations. The strong history of service and hard work has passed through the generations and remains a common thread in the company today.
Founding & Expansion
Rod Pumps, Inc was founded in 1990 in Haskell, Oklahoma as a supplier of sub-surface pumps. Owner Rod McKnight relocated to Stroud, Oklahoma and the business has seen continuous growth, flourishing into a full service pump and supply shop. With over 50 years of experience in down hole sucker rod pumps we pride ourselves on our knowledge, workmanship, and quality pump repair.
Customer Service
Rod Pumps specializes in down hole pump repair but also houses a wide assortment of supplies for the oil patch. We provide all necessary items used to complete, produce and maintain oil and gas wells and service equipment. In addition we offer in house Kimray repair with over 20 years of experience and match the 90 day warranty offered by Kimray.
